August 2nd Strength Training Lower Body

Warm up -

Full Squat Cleans - 135x5, 135x4, 135x3

Axe Chop Squats - 10, 10 , 10

Walking lunges holding 55 lb Kettle bells - 20 steps x 3

Thrusters with # 35 KBs - 8, 8, 8

100 feet walk carrying 75 lb sandbag x 3

  3. I know I would. I tried to set it up in my garage about 2 years ago. Didn't go over well with the family. They like ac. I like to sweat.
    I was outnumbered so we joined the Y. I still do as much as possible outside and at home. Not a huge fan of gyms.
