November 14 Recovering Nicely

Starting to feel much better although in the process of loosing some toenails.  Did some light core work with rowing.

  2. Thanks, I've been waiting for that comment. Hmmm, guess we will see how the winter programing goes. If I ever get time I am going to post some programing info for the next 9-12 months.
